  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling diagonally across the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the eggrolls seam side down for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
