Ingredients

- 1/3 cup + 1 teaspoon cornstarch, divided
Instructions

- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch. Whisk and simmer until thickened.
- Add cooked chicken to the sauce in the skillet and coat well.
