  • 1/3 cup + 1 teaspoon cornstarch, divided

Instructions

  1. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Coat in cornstarch using a plastic bag.
  2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  3. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch. Whisk and simmer until thickened.
  4. Add cooked chicken to the sauce in the skillet and coat well.
