Instructions

  1. Rinse the red romaine lettuce and mixed greens under cold water. Pat dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Remove caps from strawberries, slice them evenly, and add to the mixing bowl with the greens.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled tomato-basil feta and chopped pecans over the top.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt until well combined.
