- 1 pound strawberries (small diced)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced strawberries with cane sugar and lemon juice; set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, cane sugar, egg, all-purpose flour, oat flour, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Spread half the base mixture into a greased baking dish. Pour the strawberry filling on top and crumble the remaining base mixture over it.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
