Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add this to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the strawberry jam, crushed cereal, and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden; cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
