  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a deep baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix strawberries with granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla until coated. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, sugars, salt, cinnamon, and melted butter. Stir until crumbly and sprinkle over the strawberry mixture.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
