Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 2 small heads broccoli (chopped)

- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp sriracha (plus more for serving)

- oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp arrowroot powder mixed with 2 tbsp water to make a slurry
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 –3 tbsp water
- sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Chop broccoli into florets and set aside.
- Slice chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Steam or sauté broccoli until tender but vibrant green.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sticky sauce ingredients; pour over cooked chicken in the skillet and simmer until thickened.
- For spicy mayo, mix mayo with sriracha and water until pourable.
- Assemble bowls: layer rice, top with sticky chicken and broccoli, drizzle spicy mayo, and garnish with sesame seeds.
