- 8 lasagna noodles broken into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup freshly grated parmesan

- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- ½ cup ricotta
- Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
- In your slow cooker, combine the cooked meat, diced onion, minced garlic, broth, marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and dried herbs. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the broken lasagna noodles. Cook until tender.
- Before serving, mix in balsamic vinegar and grated Parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
