  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté diced banana peppers, green pepper, onion, and minced garlic until softened (5-7 minutes).
  2. Add ground turkey, cooking until browned (5-6 minutes), breaking it apart.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and evaporated milk; stir in salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in shredded parmesan cheese and cream cheese cubes until melted.
  5. Add uncooked orzo pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
