- 7 oz (200 g) block of feta cheese
- 1 head of garlic (top sliced off)
- 1 lemon (quartered)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup (20 g) fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cube the potatoes and toss them in a mixing bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet. Place the feta and garlic in the center.
- Add lemon quarters around the potatoes and drizzle everything with another tablespoon of olive oil.
- Roast for about 50 minutes until golden brown and tender.
