  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 7 oz (200 g) block of feta cheese
  • 1 head of garlic (top sliced off)
  • 1 lemon (quartered)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup (20 g) fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cube the potatoes and toss them in a mixing bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet. Place the feta and garlic in the center.
  4. Add lemon quarters around the potatoes and drizzle everything with another tablespoon of olive oil.
  5. Roast for about 50 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  6. Drizzle honey over the hot dish and top with chopped basil before serving.
