- 1 lb mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups raspberry curd
- 2 packs ladyfingers
- 1 cup whipping cream

- Prepare the raspberry curd by whisking eggs, sugar, salt, raspberries, and lemon juice together in a bowl. Cook over low heat until thickened, then stir in butter and let cool.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form; fold in mascarpone cheese until combined.
- Mix the cooled raspberry curd with the whipped cream mixture.
