- 2–3 Tbsp milk (to reach desired consistency for cream cheese glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- For the cinnamon swirl, mix melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter; add a spoonful of cinnamon swirl on top followed by more batter. Swirl lightly with a toothpick.
- Bake for about 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk for glaze; drizzle over muffins.
