Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
- Lay out cling wrap and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar in the center.
- Place the cheese mixture on top and cover it with the remaining cheddar.
- Gather the cling wrap to form a ball and use rubber bands to shape it like a pumpkin.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
