  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Place the cheese mixture on top and cover it with the remaining cheddar.
  4. Gather the cling wrap to form a ball and use rubber bands to shape it like a pumpkin.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
  6. Decorate with a bell pepper stem and serve with crackers.
