  • Wilton Leaf Green Gel Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together the softened butter, pistachio pudding mix, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan using your fingers or a spoon.

  6. Score the dough with a knife into squares and then triangles without cutting all the way through.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
