  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Line a 9×13 inch brownie pan with foil or parchment paper and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan evenly and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together peach nectar, flour, sugar, and eggs until well combined. Pour over the cooled crust.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
