Ingredients
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 (10-oz) bag mini vegan marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 12 Oreos, crushed (plus more for topping)
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a 9”-x-13” pan with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
- In small bowls, melt the coconut oil with white chocolate and semisweet chocolate separately.
- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the mini marshmallows and salt until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies and half of the crushed Oreos until well combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan, layer whole Oreos on top, then add the remaining mixture.
- Top with remaining crushed Oreos and drizzle melted chocolates over everything.
- Let set for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
