  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 (10-oz) bag mini vegan marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 12 Oreos, crushed (plus more for topping)
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a 9”-x-13” pan with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In small bowls, melt the coconut oil with white chocolate and semisweet chocolate separately.
  3. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the mini marshmallows and salt until fully melted.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies and half of the crushed Oreos until well combined.
  5. Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan, layer whole Oreos on top, then add the remaining mixture.
  6. Top with remaining crushed Oreos and drizzle melted chocolates over everything.
  7. Let set for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
