Description

Oreo Poke Cake is a delightful dessert that brings together layers of moist chocolate cake and creamy Oreo pudding, topped with fluffy whipped topping and crunchy crushed Oreos. This no-bake treat is perfect for any occasion—whether it’s a birthday celebration or a cozy family gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients to prepare cake)
  • 2 packages (4 oz each) Instant Oreo pudding
  • 4 cups 2% milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare the chocolate cake according to package instructions. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake until done.
  2. Once baked, remove from the oven and poke holes into the warm cake using the end of a wooden spoon, spacing them about an inch apart.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until smooth. Let it sit for about two minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture evenly over the poked cake, allowing it to cool briefly before refrigerating for about an hour to set.
  5. After chilling, spread whipped topping over the cake and top with crushed Oreos just before serving.
