  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T fresh-squeezed juice
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 T olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, fresh juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
  2. Trim excess fat from the flank steak and rub both sides with your preferred steak rub.
  3. Place the steak in a Ziploc bag with the marinade; seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat your grill to high heat (450-500°F).
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and drain excess liquid.
  6. Grill on high heat for about 3 minutes per side for grill marks. Flip and cook until reaching an internal temperature of 130°F for medium rare.
