Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
- In a medium bowl, mix canned pumpkin, brown sugar, maple flavoring, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
- Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface into a rectangle about 6×22 inches; cut into 8 rectangles.
- Place one rectangle on a baking sheet, add filling in the center, and top with another rectangle. Seal edges with a fork.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, maple flavoring, and milk in a small bowl until smooth; spoon over cooled poptarts.
