  • 1 refrigerated pie crust roll
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp maple flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 Tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix canned pumpkin, brown sugar, maple flavoring, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface into a rectangle about 6×22 inches; cut into 8 rectangles.
  4. Place one rectangle on a baking sheet, add filling in the center, and top with another rectangle. Seal edges with a fork.
  5. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  6. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, maple flavoring, and milk in a small bowl until smooth; spoon over cooled poptarts.
