Instructions

  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture while alternating with milk or water.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the frosting, beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and limoncello juice until stiff peaks form.
  7. Once cooled, layer cakes with frosting in between and on top.
