Instructions

  1. Cut zucchini into 2-inch long pieces, then wedge each piece for even cooking.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add chopped zucchini and onion; sauté for about 2 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and black pepper; cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until desired tenderness is reached.
