  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 small red onion
  • 8 pieces turkey bacon
  • 2 medium jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cubed red potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30-45 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper until smooth.
