  • 2 tsp agar-agar powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.

  5. Dissolve agar-agar as per package instructions; mix into the blueberry filling.
  6. Pour filling over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
