- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides (about 5 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add beef broth over medium heat and scrape any brown bits from the bottom. Stir in heavy cream and agar-agar powder until thickened.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and let them simmer in the gravy for about 10 minutes.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or pasta with extra gravy drizzled on top.
