  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie layer by mixing melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips until combined. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  3. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time followed by sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Pour cheesecake mixture over cooled brownie and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 55-60 minutes. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour before chilling overnight.
  5. Make the hot fudge sauce by melting chocolate chips with cream and butter; stir in vanilla.
  6. Assemble by drizzling hot fudge over the chilled cheesecake and garnishing with whipped cream.
