  • 2 (4 oz) chicken or turkey cajun sausage links (sliced)
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 Tbsp butter (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your gas grill to medium-high heat (about 425°F).
  2. Microwave baby potatoes for about 3 minutes until slightly tender, then slice.
  3. On heavy-duty aluminum foil sheets, layer sliced potatoes, corn discs, sausage slices, and shrimp.
  4. In a microwave-safe dish, melt butter and mix in lemon juice, thyme, and garlic. Drizzle over each packet.
  5. Season with Old Bay seasoning and seal tightly.
  6. Grill packets sealed side up for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are opaque and potatoes are tender.
