- 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pink sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Slice pineapple into rings and brush with olive oil. Season chicken breasts with olive oil and spices.
- Grill chicken for about 7 minutes per side until cooked through; grill pineapple for 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized.
- While grilling, chop romaine lettuce, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and avocado; set aside in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl until combined.
- Slice grilled chicken and assemble salad with all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Drizzle dressing over the top and toss gently before serving.
