  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  3. Let the dough cool slightly before mixing in eggs one at a time until smooth and slightly sticky.

  5. Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C) and fry crullers for about three minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and milk together until smooth. Dip warm crullers into the glaze.
