  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 large lime
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 1 jalapeño (chopped)
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 large red onion

Instructions

  4. Cut bell peppers and onion into chunks; thread onto skewers with marinated chicken.
  5. Grill kebabs for about 6 to 8 minutes until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
