  • ½ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (homestyle or buttermilk)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ¼ cup granulated sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and egg. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Slice each biscuit in half horizontally. In another bowl, mix the remaining sugar with cinnamon and coat each biscuit slice.
  4. Layer the biscuit slices with the pumpkin mixture in the prepared pan until all ingredients are used.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown; cover with foil if browning too fast.
  6. While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar, cinnamon, and milk for the glaze. Drizzle over the loaf before serving.
