  • ½ cup heavy cream or table cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add egg, vanilla extract, milk, and vegetable oil; mix until smooth. Stir in hot coffee.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely before adding toppings.
  6. Toast kataifi with butter until golden; mix with pistachio cream.
  7. For ganache, microwave chocolate and heavy cream; whisk until smooth.
