- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into an 8×8-inch pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- For the ganache, melt dark chocolate, heavy cream, and butter in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt. Cool until thickened.
- To make the caramel, melt sugar over medium-high heat until deep amber. Whisk in cubed butter and slowly add heavy cream while mixing continuously. Add sea salt flakes and cool slightly.
- Toast almond slivers in a skillet until fragrant. Combine with crushed pretzels and toffee bits.
