  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 12 oz thick cut turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Ensure peas are thawed and chop the cooked turkey bacon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, turkey bacon, and grated parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over the mixture and stir gently to coat evenly.
