Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil or unsalted butter
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bite-sized pieces of chicken breast; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir to combine and simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  3. Add gnocchi and cooked chicken to the sauce; stir gently until coated. Cook an additional 3–5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted; add spinach or kale if desired, stirring until wilted. Adjust seasoning as needed.
