Instructions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, warm the vegetable oil and add sliced turkey kielbasa. Cook until browned on both sides (7-9 minutes) then set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter. Add chopped onion, diced carrots, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 10-12 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir for another minute.
- Gradually pour in chicken broth and whole milk; mix well and bring to a simmer.
- Return kielbasa to the pot along with rinsed beans.
- Lower heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until thickened.
