  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • For the glaze: 1/2-3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, crushed crackers, cheese, milk, onion, bell pepper (if using), salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
