Instructions

  3. Roll out chilled dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Fold into thirds and roll out again; repeat this folding twice more.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Cut dough into triangles and place chocolate chips at the base of each triangle. Roll up to form croissants.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
