  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar (for swirl)

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually combine with the butter mixture alternating with sour cream.
  4. Layer half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture, top with remaining batter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar.
  5. Use a knife to swirl through the batter gently.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
