Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate into each muffin liner to cover the bottom. Add a tablespoon of pumpkin filling on top, then cover with more melted chocolate.
