Ingredients
- 6 day-old croissants
- 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped hazelnuts (lightly toasted)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Tear the croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer half at the bottom of your greased dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
