  • 3 teaspoons fresh lime zest

  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 finely chopped jalapeños
  • 4 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)

Instructions
