  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta
  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta until just under al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F and butter a baking dish.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crisp; remove and retain one tablespoon of fat.
  4. Add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning to the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Make the cheese sauce by cooking butter and garlic, then whisking in flour, followed by heavy cream and half-and-half until thickened.
  6. Stir in cheeses until melted; combine with pasta, chicken, and half of the bacon.
  7. Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with remaining cheeses and bacon, then bake for 25-30 minutes.
