Instructions

  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, carrot, and green onions; stir-fry for an additional 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce (or tamari), honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch mixture. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
