- ¾ cup shredded cheddar jack cheese

- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- Lime Wedges
- Fresh Cilantro (roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and dredge in flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour and gradually add chicken broth while whisking.
- Mix in heavy cream, honey, hot sauce, brown sugar, mustard powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and reserved tomato juice; simmer until thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, cover until melted, then serve garnished with lime juice and fresh cilantro.
