  • 7 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 18 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars (15 crushed and 3 chopped for garnish)
  • 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. In an extra-large mixing bowl, add the Rice Chex Cereal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
  5. Add in the crushed Butterfinger bars and mix well.
  6. For coating with powdered sugar, either sprinkle it over or place the mixture in a ziplock bag with sugar and shake to coat.
  7. Spread on a baking sheet to dry and garnish with chopped Butterfinger before serving.
