- ½ cup creamy peanut butter

- 18 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars (15 crushed and 3 chopped for garnish)
- 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar (sifted)
Instructions
- In an extra-large mixing bowl, add the Rice Chex Cereal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Add in the crushed Butterfinger bars and mix well.
- For coating with powdered sugar, either sprinkle it over or place the mixture in a ziplock bag with sugar and shake to coat.
