  • 1 can blueberry pie filling (21 oz)
  • 1 lemon (zested)
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg (separated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix blueberry pie filling with lemon zest.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and cut out 4-inch circles.
  4. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each circle, brush edges with egg yolk, fold, pinch edges to seal, and poke holes on top.
