- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and salt.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 40–45 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight. Spread cherry pie filling on top before serving.
