  • 2 tablespoons whole milk

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the peeled and cubed Russet potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15–20 minutes). Drain and mash.
  2. Mix in unsalted butter, garlic powder, milk, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in provolone, cheddar, crumbled Turkey Bacon, and parsley until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls or ovals. Coat with flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
