Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm milk, butter, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, and salt; gradually add to wet mixture.
  3. Stir in mashed banana and knead until smooth. Let rise covered until doubled in size (about an hour).
  4. Roll out dough on a floured surface to about a quarter-inch thick.
