  • ½ cup mashed banana (about one medium-large banana)
  • 1 ½2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Brown butter frosting ingredients (additional butter, brown sugar, milk, powdered sugar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Fold in mashed banana.
  3. Add flour and mix until combined without lumps. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until set in the center. Cool in the pan.
